Independence Weekend - 2006
Guest Organist: Randall Mullin

(July 2, 2006) Independence Weekend is always special, and this year organist Randall Mullin added his talent to the festivities - the result was a memorable concert. The Church on the Cape Choir, under the direction of Beryl Samia, contributed two outstanding patriotic choral works to the program featuring soloists Tracy Le and Jim Rooney and narrator Scott Eccleston.

Mr. Mullin received his Bachelor and Masters degrees in music from Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore. He served as Organist and Choirmaster at St. David’s Episcopal Church in Baltimore for 27 years.

Recent recitals of note have been given at Grace Cathedral in San Francisco and St. Luke’s Cathedral in Portland, Maine. He has performed numerous times with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and was selected by the American Guild of Organists to perform with the National Symphony Orchestra at their annual convention. Randall Mullin’s musical talent has been heard throughout the country on National Public Radio.
