Throughout th 20th century, changes occured, new buildings were built but always the goal was to support neighbors in need. In 2008 Christ Church, with support from other churches and organizations, created Seeds of Hope Neighborhood as a Jubilee Center focused on mercy and justice providing a warming center is extreme cold. In 2020, the Center increased service hours to 5 days a week. Throughout COVID and up to the present, it has not missed a day of service to the community.
